Has to be the account holder who pays the bill, me thinks.

I have taken contracts out before for my bro - the arrangement being he pays me in cash or via a standing order per month, and the bill is paid from my account.

    Suggest you do similar.

    Ah ok thanks

    So what your saying

Is for example the bill is due on the 21st set up a standing order for the 21st from my bros account and then another standing order for the 21st to t mobile?

    Do they take standing orders?

No - tmobile still need to be paid with direct debit.

Your bro pays you with a standing order (assuming monthly amount is fixed and he does not go over the free mins/texts - otherwise he would have to keep making up the difference).

In your case - would it be not be easier if your bro got the contracts in the business name or in his name, and he pays the bills - you pay him each month to make up your part of the bargain?
