Those seem achievalbe Sammy, losing a pound a week's pretty realistic, I've been advised not to lose more than 2lbs a week, so 1's sensible. Exams, you just need to do a bit a day, or a fair amount once a week and you'll be fine. No idea about training for a half marathon though! Linda and Becky were talking about them yesterday, but it was too scary for me so I ran away and did something in a different room! Not that I understood much of what they were saying about it anyway...
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

You would think so wouldn't you Ames...but I tend to get distracted and not complete stuff.....(not my exams mind I have to do those) but to achieve all three goals at once I need to be super organised...menu plan, actually find time to run and timetable in study time. It will be sticking to the goal for twelve weeks that will be hard....

  • When is it exam time again Sammy?
I keep looking at the courses available at our local college but can't decide what to do. There is a book-keeping one.

Going to toddle off to church now - I hope they've put the heating on so I can have a free warm. Gone really cold here - unless it's just me.
    Back later.

I am in 2 minds about dinner tonight.....if OH is going out, I can't be faffed to cook - I'm knackered - but I'm feeling really hungry. I've had a sandwich and the frazzles so far today and I'm feeling peckish.

It was a 'bet BB would be proud of my biriyani....shame she isn't around to tell' thought.....

Actually it was lush...I did it once this week following Allegra's recipe from gastronomy economy and then did it properly when my Indian colleague laughed at me...:rotfl:
