3 mobile

hi.. can anyone help...
the cancellation
I have a 3 mobile contract that expired in august 09.. in July I rang them gave my 30 day notification to cancel which they took.. unfortunately I was lulled into a false sense of security with them thinking that was easy.. ( and contrary to the thoughts of the 3 store guy who wished me luck.. how right he was )
the 1st scam
the 3 customer service guy ( in India and on the 0870 premium number ) asked why was I closing the account.. I said phone was for son at uni who'd finished so didn't need it anymore.. contract up.. get out...
ok he said.. your a good customer give him this ref number tell him to call and he can take on this contract with loads of updates etc etc if he wants..( 3 scam ) ok I said I’ll tell him but I doubt it as he's going on a gap year.. but contract closed.. A. yes.. thanks good bye.....
the hit
come sept.. big bill on the door mat just for services no usage.. what’s this I ask 3... oh its for your contract .. but its closed I say.. no you applied to change subscriber no one did so its still open... foul I say .. you cheats ... sorry tuff luck your still in contract ... ok cancel it today I’m giving you another 30 days notification now you cheating scammers get lost....
2nd story
I have another son at uni he has a 3 phone been nothing but trouble got it for skyp never works... took the phone back to 3 they upgraded it but wouldn't reimburse any of the extra calls ... so complained
the 419 scam
if you don't know about these look them up on Google or 419 eater
3 customer services ring me as the subscriber of the 2nd phone .. sorry they say we’ve just spoken to your son he's given us your number you've been a great customer we'd like to offer you an upgrade for the phone from 300 minutes to 700 plus half the monthly fee.. marvellous .. we'll send you a new phone to if you don't want it send it back.. ok.. phone my son good news your upgraded
the 2nd hit
last week bill hits the mat.. thanks for staying with 3 it says.. your new contract is until 2011 you've guessed it for the 1st phone that I’ve now cancelled twice.... 2 days of calls to India.. sorry they say you've never cancelled the contract ... ask for a transcript of the calls I hear you ask.. there's none just the notes from the scamming customer services clerks ...
help me please....

    go to their website, click the contact us section and e-mail them, politley. Tell them you are going to ofcom and filing a complaint if this doesn't get sorted out. Include a couple of contact numbers for yourself and someone from glasgow should be in touch shortly.
