14 Cooling Off Period?

Hi,

I just purchased a new phone contract via a Vodaphone CS advisor. I am now regretting my phone choice (DOH!). Will this come with a 14 day cooling off period? If so, I just gave then my PAC to keep my number will I get another one?

Thanks

  • Just check with vodafone, as i know orange is only 7 days.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies

7 days with Vodafone, why don't you like the E71, I just got one myself and its a great phone.
  • Ah ok i'd stick with E71 personally speaking

But if you really wanna change phone 191 from a vodafone sim and ask a rep

Just for clarity, you do not have any right at all to cancel if bought in person, however, Vodafone may offer a return period.
