Thats great news. I really need to start writing to my creditors as i've got lots of charges to claim back. But I don't know how to start. Maybe it'd be helpful if you could post a copy of the letter you wrote so we can see a sample?

Visit the site that has been referenced many times in this thread. If you are going to do it at all, you need to do it properly."Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

I got £100 in charges with HSBC last Jan, I went in and had a meeting with them to complain and they wouldn't budge! I'd been loyalcustomer for 10 years and thet refused to cancel any of the 5 £20 charges for going over my O/D limit (my limit was £50 and because of christmas my wages didn't arrive to cover my DD's) Within a month I'd changed banks and have not had any more problems!
could I claim back this £100, eventhough I don't have an accoutn with them anymore or any statements?!
