Item paid but not received!!

thedrapershop.co.uk would appear to be a part of the same outfit, it is registered to a Thomas Hughes at Westdene, Victoria Street, Oswestry.
Victoria street also has numbers, westdene and 33 have the same postcode and according to BT directories both have a Hughes listed as living there, it may be coincidence but if you do the search for the number and give them a ring they may tell you if they know Thomas Hughes!

Did your stuff ever turn up or what happened to the money? Have placed an order on their website 2 weeks ago now and have not received my tools, yet they have taken my money (checked with bank), have not replied to any emails, and like you, all I got was a message on the phone line, saying it was no longer registered. Like you, paid on a (company) debit card, and have spoken to bank today who tell me I need to wait at least 30 days from date of order before they can even look into it????

Have just noticed the date of your post, and if they have closed how many other people have they ripped off in the last 6 months???

Surely this cant be legal. Any course of action against Protx, their payment provider do you think???
