My best bargain was when I bought a CD, paid for it, then discovered the money had been refunded. Then I got a message from the seller saying that he had discovered that the CD case was damaged, and as it was a double CD and he couldn't refurbish it he would send me it anyway, free of charge!

What's even better, I sold it on Amazon for £12.50, even with the damaged jewel case!

Bought a colour laser printer with spare toners etc for £32 a couple of years ago. We've got good use out of the printer but after it started to jam I put it back up for sale.

I got £65 for the toners, but the printer didn't sell (it weighs 48kg) so that went on Freecycle and was gone by the end of the day.
