Radical suggestion but perhaps they may like to implement a 'coupons only' lane! That way the only people you would be holding up are other couponers:rolleyes: They could have some staff who are extra trained to spot the dodgy coupons, they should be young, male and have nimble fingers to separate yer wad of mocs  (No old trouts or old trouts in the making need apply :rotfl:)

I did actually suggest this in one of my stores and the CSM said she would think about suggesting it
That is an excellent idea! But if old trouts did apply, it would scare the pants off customers who constantly present photocopied/altered/out of date coupons! Old trouts would also be 'trained' to accept coupons. Maybe I could apply for head of coupon training/coupon team leader/coupon manager... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Maybe it's 1 a day like the Warbys. Bummer I hope I've not wasted a code, it was a £1.25 MOC

I had a problem with my first coupon because the paper was a bit wonnky in the printer and it got a bit chopped off because they are printed right at the top of the page, anyway i eamiled them and they told me it was ok to use it but if i had any problems to e mail them back and they wounld re send it!, So why dont you e mail them and see if they will send it to you again?

i used help@gallo.coupon2print.co.uk to email them.

hope this helps, the wine was lovely too, i might get another tomorrow :):rotfl:

Hey jax

I heard this too it was on the news a few weeks back, but didnt say where abouts in Glasgow it was. I am in glasgow too but west end is quite far as I live in suburb outside glasgow so not exactly round the corner.

But when it opens I will no doubt make a visit to see what this waitrose posh shopping is all about lol :D

Hi there MRS T,
Is this not great news (i hope, depending on their policy)

It is in Byres Rd, West end of Glasgow.

I remember your name from the good old days on the Boots forum. I wish it could be brought back as my points are running sooo low, which is not good for xmas.

I seen that about the Glasgow Waitrose store, cant wait!!!

Same here...hope their policy is a good one!
Maybe there will be more openings, as i read that they plan to invest in 50 new supermarkets and have been interested in Glasgow for a long period of time, but couldn't find a location to suit them.

And of course all SA's would have to be young, male, pleasant and trained to take ALL legal mocs - Old trouts need not apply:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
