I visited a Tescos which accepts internet coupons and to my dismay and shock noticed a Tesco employee (and their family) who works at my local store (which dont accept internet coupons) using multiple £2 magazine coupons (and not buying the actual mags) in the SAME transaction, per family member.

We have been advised, and can understand the reason why we should not use unless buying these magazines, due to limited sales.

It just goes to show you that SOME (not all) Tesco’s staff can be the worst culprits for coupon abuse. I can foresee problems at this store with internet coupons if this continues. We know who to blame if internet coupons are stopped at this store.

i'm surprised there wasn't an eagle-eyed team leader/trout waiting to stop them! i mean if it was a family and they used one each on separate transactions thats fine, but what was the point of using them all together??? my store won't allow split shops anyway.

hi BF, Altho someone has answered your query, if you have some time it would be worth reading the previous thead (thread 8) linky on 1st page as there is a load of useful info on their regarding mocs etc...a lot of guff too but some really good stuff nonetheless...hth!:D
