I found this out as i emailed customer services online, getting sick to death of one trout who was always off checking if we sold a product!! I have the email stating this if anyone would like to see!!!
Thats what they told me, so thats what i follow.
On sunday a trout was off to check if they stocked all the products. I just told her i had already checked, so she accepted my word.
That store didn't have em all, but the one 3 miles away does, including the 15kg bags.0 -

I'm still having a problem finding the £6 Pedigree coupon. It allows me to register, then no coupons are offered. Anyone else have this problem or a solution?0

I have to agree with bulbariafairy. The checkout manager in my large Mr T's ( who is also a keen couponer) said to me several weeks ago that as long as Tesco, anywhere in the country stocks the product it can be used. So if anybody is having problems, I would argue this point.0 -
Please use black when posting, unless reporting a new coupon find
When I see a post in blue I get all excited thinking it's a new coupon :j

Hi.. Although I've just joined the forum today, I have to admit to being a long term lurker. I've followed the various debates that have been going on recently with some interest.
First let me say that this thread is of immense value to me and I very much appreciate it. Thanks to everyone involved.
I have been moved to join today especially to comment on one or two issues.
1) I agree with the recent postings regarding the question of using coupons for products which are stocked by Tesco. The Tesco policy (which I have a copy of dated May 2009) regarding NSS MOCs states quite clearly that products should be stocked by Tesco generally. i.e. not necessarily the particular branch you are using.
2) I use about 6 different Tesco branches from time to time. They range from large "extra" style stores to smaller "metro" stores. I have seen the large pedigree bags (that are the subject of the £6.89 coupon that is on the go at the moment ) in two stores. I checked, and the product matched that on the coupon precisely. I am led to believe that this same product is not listed on Tesco.com and for this reason, there has been a widely held assumption (on this thread) that Tesco stores do not stock it. Further, the decision has apparently been taken not to list this coupon on the front page of this thread. I just want to voice my disagreement with all of this. In my opinion, the £6.89 coupon should be on the front page along with all the others and I would encourage people to remember that if its not on Tesco.com then that does not necessarily mean that its not stocked in stores.
3) In contrast to the pedigree 15kg thing, I have searched high and low for the pharmaton product (which is also subject to a current MOC) and have not seen it anywhere. I'm not saying that its not stocked by Tesco. It probably is somewhere.. But I've not seen much chat from anyone confirming that this is in fact stocked. If it was up to me, I'd be more cautious about having this one on the front page than the pedigree 15kg one.
4) A note about trouting. Remember that store managers have discretion about the acceptance of internet printed coupons.. So if you get trouted using these, then theres not much you can do other than find another branch of Tesco that is more sympathetic. If on the other hand you get knocked back using non-internet coupons, which are legitimate, i.e. in date, stocked by Tesco etc etc , then my understanding is that there is no manager discretion here. The policy dictates that there must be accepted. In this situation I recommend getting on to the head office in Dundee and reporting it. Try to get the name of the SA and the store manager. Remember that it is very definitely in Tesco's interest to accept these coupons. My experience is that the head office folks will be very interested in following this up.
