strawberryberry - definately don't use the £3.80 moc in Tesco, Tesco won't get reimbursed and you don't want your store to stop taking internet mocs like my local one has recently.

hogshead - what a brilliant idea donating the big moc to local dog charities. That would also be a good use for the £3.80 moc if anyone has one.

Sher, it is only the black causing an issue then, clean the print head (and perhaps give it a new cartridge), and problem will be solved:beer:

If anyone has this voucher which they will not use (Eukanuba)...rather than it go in a bin, I would be grateful for it for my dog.

Hey I been shoppin 2day n i looked for the biggus bag of woof food but my T's did not sell it, they do actually sell other types in such big bags but not pedigree (onli 6kg ones).....

Don't know how many of you know this, but the policy is not specific to an individual store...it is if tesco AS A COMPANY stock the product. I found this out as i emailed customer services online, getting sick to death of one trout who was always off checking if we sold a product!! I have the email stating this if anyone would like to see!!!

me too, majorly confused now. someone posted, at least one, to say their store stocked it, and although it wasn't online that it was in their store??? they even checked first before using it???
