Virgin Media - Quidco Cashback. Does it work if I have to enter my address?

Tried signing up to the Cable package through quidco today. My address wasn't in their search so I had to enter it manually, then wait for someone to contact me.
Anyone had experience of this, will they still track the cashback?

Lots of problems on quidco at the moment should open a ticket and ask them .
If they contact you by phone then you will not get your cashback0 -
yeah I planned on not picking up the phone if they rang me.
