KC I don't know how old you are, but one thing to consider is the early signs of the start of the menopause or the menopause itself, if you're unlucky it can have lots of weird and wonderful nasties that can make you feel run down and awful.

Thanks se. Just done it :D Plus, to be honest, this was happening 20 years ago, sometimes. I think the type of food I eat has a *huge* impact.

Great that you met Pippi and enjoyed yourself.
I too believe food plays a big part in how we feel but I do think you could do with going to see the DR for blood tests to rule some illnesses out especialy the fatigue you are experiencing.

Hey KC. I agree about the food issue but also that you should get a blood test as the fatigue could be brought on by all manner of things.
I need to improve my diet at the moment because I am also feeling very tired and worn out just lately.

    Hi KC

hope you are feeling a bit better. Although the autumnal days are nice, the lessening of the amount of daylight also may affect you.

But if you think its just carp diet, then you can focus on fixing that. Being a veggie is it easier to eat healthy? Thinking here of stir fried veg, pasta sauces etc.

It might be something to do with that....

I don't know, tbh! I've been veggie for over 20 years, but I *think* there can be just as many additives in food that doesn't contain any animal derivatives as food that does.

Feeling bleargh-normal this morning, and I have one of the builders in fitting the architrave.... he's on his tod, sweet bloke, I don't think he's going to be here all day.

I read on the matrix that somebody started their day - was it DT? - by reading some of The Secret each morning. After what I've been wittering about in relation to spiritual practice, I used Rhonda's second book, The Power, and let it fall open where it would. On Gratitude. And I've plenty to be grateful about, I often think about it, but I made a special time after reading that, and it was lovely.

Morning! You seem a bit better, but still a little subdued :grouphug: Sounds like a nice start to the day though :) Remember that you have been through a busy, stressful time moving house - no matter how happy the move it's always stressful! Try to be kind to yourself and your body :)

    Thanks Squizz :kisses3:

Thats a good word to describe how I feel right now ... subdued. Yep. Just thinking about what I've got, what I want for my future. The sunrise here was so beautiful .... and I could see right across the sky, it made for a fantastic beginning to the day.

So. One thing I'm definitely requesting of the universe is to provide me, in about five years time (when I'm finished with this house) with a three bed detached house with garage on flattish land, on an east-west axis on the west side of town, with clear views in each direction, and still within walking distance of town shops and railway station.

I know a couple of roads like that already :)

  • Apparently the sunrise in London today was a stunner too - although I left home a little later than I have been so it wasn't anything special by the time I was out. One thing I have always found when I have had to drive in towards London on the M11 each morning is that there can be some lovely sunrises and they never fail to give you a lift. My old office used to have a nice view of some spectacular sunsets too!
