Hi El! Its a great reason for a thread to be long, isn't it!
Erm ... I've just been
on your thread, sorry
:o:o
Mind you, I'm fair shattered .... went to my replacement appointment with my doctor this morning - the X rays I had mean she's referring me to a rheumatologist
and the number of moles on my back, and my family history, mean she wants me to go to a skin clinic every two months (like, for ever). After all, its difficult to see a mole turning "bad" when its on your back. And these are both preventive things, hopefully, but still, it means carefulness. I think when I move to Haywards Heath, I might spend some of the money from the house on getting my legs lasered - it'll make it easier for me to go swimming, which is good non weight bearing exercise, and it'll mean this sensitive skin of mine doesn't "burn".
Otherwise, I collected the camera (haven't even looked at it yet ) and did a banking mystery shop. Really tired by then, so rather than the awkward walking that a direct route home would have been, I got a bus into town and out again - only walked 50 yards, instead of a half hour
Two hours paid work coming up, and its my turn for the phone call to my mum, so I'm orf. See you all later

I'm so much happier that you are being sent to the right places re your health.
Swimming sounds a great idea.
I too have got a camera that I haven't got out of the box yet.
Hope you're having a good evening x0 -

:kisses3::kisses3::kisses3: too. They are - I suppose I feel guilty because I think I should be able to cope .... actually, I wish I got a bit more sympathy at home - told my mum about the two health issues, and within two minutes, I was supposed to be empathising about how hard my cousin has it (she has exactly the same as me re. the moles, though earlier in life, and she has other problems too, though she's a perfectly successful supply teacher - its just, I'd like a bit longer for me than two minutes! From my mum!)
I do feel an idiot for even thinking that way, given what Taxi has just gone through, and what DT is going through right now. But there we are - our own little problems loom large...I'm so much happier that you are being sent to the right places re your health.

:kisses3::kisses3::kisses3:Thanks Taxi - given recent events for you, I know you'd want me to get it checked out, and I did, don't worry. I do feel a bit down - its just the realisation that the family diseases have finally got me too. And they're not so terrible, after all - I'll just take better care, and not stress those joints - not so many computer games, maybe
I've just done the two hours, tidied a bit (but not enough ) had a walk round the block - admired the cats, the dogs, a bunny and the cows. I love it that when I walk only 50 yards out of my way, I can see cows - they're frisky right now, I think they're teenagers in cow years :rotfl:2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
LOL at the frisky cows.
it'll be better when the professionals are on the case as you'll have whatever treatment you need...the shock is the worst thing x0 -
Maybe it is a bit of a shock, though its definitely nothing life threatening - and because of the number of cases in my family, I know perfectly well it doesn't have to be life threatening if its caught early.
Thanks Taxi.
My camera, by the way, is a titchy tiny one - 9MP (the one I lost had 5MP, and I still managed to post blurry videos onto youtube) so its fine for me - and it only cost £40.
Right. I *have* to do this s*dding inputting. Excuse me....2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Hope the inputting has gone OK. Glad you've seen the doc - alot to take in though. xxxTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:

:hello: Fay! :hello: Hypno! :hello: all!
It is a lot to take in, thats true. Oddly, my fingers don't have that bloated pain sensation this morning - I wonder if thats because of all the chocolate and sugar I ate yesterday
I've decided to get the place a bit tidier (again), packing even just a few things has really, really messed it up, and its not a pleasant place to be. So aside from a couple of emails, thats the "extra work" today - mind you, work-work is quite heavy today. Its so concentrated that I'll actually be shutting my computer down
Right, off for a very quick mooch around the boards, then to business.... hope everyone has a good day.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
