Really?
My friend with the 5 persians and one very large litter tray does empty hers out and washes it every two weeks. She does remove the waste twice a day now.
I with previous cats used the wood pellets. But Cleopatra got an eye infection and the vet said never use wood pellets as the sawdust they turn into had caused the infection.0 -
Tesco Value .... works absolutely fine0

Pura seems to be the favourite a 20 l bag for £11.99 doesnt sound to bad, where could i buy it from i have a sainsbury, a tesco and a pets at home near me,but to be honest i always found pets at home to be expensive for most things0

I never saw it in Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's or any other supermarkets, not at pets at home. I got it online from k9capers, but it seems to have gone up in price, so was looking where to get it cheaper. Might try the other one by Pura, seems to be new one that emlou mentioned (Clever cat).
Update!!! Pet express has Moonlight 20ltr bags for £10.49 today - I am just to stock up!!! They also sell Clever Cat litter for £6.49 for 10 ltr bag.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
This is the weird bit none of the supermarkets, big stores sell it. Infact they will never have heard of it. Two tiny independent local pet shops sell it where I am.
This is it.

Now one cat likes to sit on the edge of the tray to pee so you do get a lump stuck to the side. But I scrap it out and push litter to the damp bit and remove the lumpy bits and no smell at all. LOL

I will try that oneI use Yesterdays News because you get no odour from it but I have now moved my Bengals litter tray to the cat house outside so smell is not an issue now.

Ive just seen the moonlight on the pet express site thankyou it mentions 2 types 1 is the pura clumping ultra moonlight and the other is moonlight instant flat and compact clumps its all bit confusing lol its handy its paypal payment as i havent got a card i could do without the £4.99 shipping saying that is it still good value even with the carriage compared to other places?:rotfl:0

Just bought a bag from Netto for less than £2 and found it to be really good, clumps together like Catsan does and I'm having no problem with odour. The Moonlight that everybody is talking about sounds really good, may have to try that too.0

tidy cat multicat litter from pets at home.
i also have 2 cats and the tom would use the floor if the litter was not to his liking. i used catsan for a while but it got too expensive and really wasnt as odour free as it was advertised.
this tidy cat litter is ultra clumping so you just take the soiled bits out 2-3 times a day and then every couple of days top up with a fresh layer. its 4.99 a bag and it lasts me a month. both cats are now using the tray all the time which is great news for me and there isnt a nasty smell either.0 -
