mobile insurance question for my blackberry bold
my blackberry bold 9000 has had water damage
so i conatacted barclays 1st addition lifestyle mobile phone insurance. told them on the phone what happened.
10 days later they sent me a form to fill out about what happened.
by mistake i put down the wrong day and now they have rejected my claim.
i sent a email to the appeals team and will have to wait and find out what happens
whats the chances of me getting my blackberry replaced?
