Why not contact the CAB yourself and see what they advise from your point of view?0

I have emails and messages from them both. one asking for the flight details etc for the esta application and msn conversations between me saying that i needed the deposit by a certain date and the rest of the money by the beginnning of october to which they agreed.
Think i'm pretty safe as long as these bits of evidence are submissible in court.0 -

You also have a deposit so I would say your case is quite strong.
It's a shame when these things happen though. What should have been a great trip is now spoiled.
