Has anyone used / using Help the Aged Broadband ??
http://www.helpbroadband.co.uk/
It is aimed for 'older' people and gurantee to have someone on the end of the phone who will speak your language i.e layman's terms.
My dad wants to sign up, but I want to find out if anyone has any opinion good or bad on them ?
Thanks in advance

I wouldn't touch them. The site isn't overly impressive. "Download your guide" doesn't have a file to download

I can't see who's services they are re-selling.
The T&C's aren't great (and can't be seen until confirming the order) - you have to pay the activation/migration fee; the packages aren't that competitive; there is a cancellation fee they reserve the right to charge (no minimum period defined) of £44.99.
And they can't even decide the length of notice required:-Either We or You may terminate the Contract at any time by giving at least [twenty eight (28)] [30?] days' written notice to the other0 -
Thanks ! There is no button for me to press****************************0
