Greedy Guppies get most of the food!!! How to feed Neons.

I have 6 Guppies, 4 Zebra, 4 Penguin, 6 Neon, 3 Cory.
The Greedy Guppies / Zebra / Penguins get the food from the top BUT the Neons only seem to get the odd stray flake if lucky!!!
I've tried sinking pellets BUT too big for the Neons!
Any ideas???

Take a small pinch & hold it under water for a second or two, you'll find it will then sink.... one thing's for certain, if the Neons don't get much the poor little Cory catfish are getting diddly!Always try to be at least half the person your dog thinks you are!0

you can buy special pellets for catfish, that sink to the bottom.i would feed a selection of different foods over several days to give variety and also to give each species a chance.0
