i think this BB needs to knows this- i recently sent in my 2nd cashback claim to mobileshop.com , days later an email sent to me asking me to ring because it was incomplete/???? hummm i thought doogy this..
call them today, they explained that i sent in the wrong bill !? i was SO SURE i sent in the correct one (12th bill) , then the nice lady asked me to wait and checked it out herself. wait for it...
i have sent them the 2005 bill (the 1st!) , i said sorry and was felt very foolish...then i asked if i could FAX that 12th bill over there and then! and YES , she went and check it ,all ok and cashback on its way ! WOW . thats the type of cashback service i want!
