Is it free or do we have to pay a subscription to watch any of the options? To use it it asks for a pin number which I have changed at present to stop others using the service until I find.
I'm on the xl
package with them.
I'm on the xl

Am I a blonde or redhead, I'm
. Neither, I'm both at once :eek:

If you are on XL tv then it is free. Asks for pin number for everything even stuff I record when I watch asks for my pin. TV Choice is also free on XL package.0

Aye if you're on XL most of the non premium stuff on demand is free (It will always say if it's free, subscribed or costs).
IIRC TV Choice On Demand should show as "subscribed" on the XL pack as it's included in your package subscription, BBC Iplayer should show free as it's free regardless of package, and anything that will cost money will show the price.
I think it asks for the pin on some content due to ofcom regulations regarding age restricted content before the watershed (the boxes are too "dumb" to allow for both time + age rating on content I beleive).0 -
Yeah, it asks for PIN if you watch a programme that was originally shown after the watershed before the watershed.
As for programmes you record on the V+ you can alter the settings so it doesn't as for the PIN on these.
Catch-Up TV and TV on Demand is free, Music on Demand is free for XL subscribers, there is some content that is charged for, such as films, but you'll be informed of this.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0
