Hi, hope someone can offer some advice.

Currently have VM, the package is

Line Rental - £11
Talk unlimited - £7.95
Phone, Tv & Broadband bundle saving - £-9.50
Tv size XL - £23
V+ box - £10
Bradband size M - £20

And Sky sports - £19

We have had V+ since it was released so over 2 years, and im pretty sure the box is outdated by now, it gets a bit slow now and again.
Are they doing any deals where you dont have to pay for the box each month? coz obviously with Sky, once youve paid for the box, you dont get charged anymore.
Also is any retention deals where they would make this package cheaper? coz i seriously need to save money at the moment, and have already told hubby he may have to at least loose his precious sky sports channels!!!

If you are on XL tv package then there is no charge for the V+box. I would say the box is not working and get them out, they should replace it free. Phone them and ask why if you are on XL TV you are paying a monthly charge for the V+ box? Don't take any crap and say it is free with XL tv. Then report a fault say it won't record etc and you should get a new one.

Does anyone have any feedback on the Tascali package . I believe its cheaper than Virgin and Sky
