Yep!...it's also why a sense of humour is needed :rotfl:
I have one and use it regularly, only what you said just wasn't funny.or as i see every week, lovefilm misprint the address rendering the discs undeliverable

Fine I'll admit, it's good value that for 39p a letter can get sent from Scilly to Orkney the next day as proved on Top Gear but the fact that they "lost" my letter is taking the !!!! :mad:0

I just wonder where the lost letters go to. Even if it's a minuscule percentage loss, it's a large number of items.0

Royal Mail are far better than TNT.
A letter sent using TNT took over 2 weeks to arrive - and I know of many local businesses who switched to TNT have changed back to Royal Mail due to their appalling service.
Have only ever not had one item delivered that had gone abroad - and had a refund with no trouble from Royal Mail.0 -
I guess everyone loves the RM until they !!!! up.
That point for me came when my irreplacable 30th birthday present from my dad failed to turn up.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

the thing is not all lost items are 'lost'
a great example are poorly addresed cards with no return address.
so as far as you are concerned the item is lost.
in real terms its been destroyed as there is no return address0 -

wash your mouth out.
it was a partnership so TNT could use their expertise to improve RM0 -
Although 32p is a bargain price to send a letter anywhere in the UK, I just wish RM would be a little more realistic about the delivery time i.e first class actually takes 2 to 3 days, and 2nd class up to 5 days.
I honestly don't remember when I last sent something 1st class and it actually arrived the next day.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
