02 Deposit Refund

Hi,

Can anyone tell me or point me in the direction of other threads about this. I had to pay 02 a £100 refundable deposit when taking out my new contract with them. How do they pay you back after the 3 months? Is it put back on the card used to pay it or do they just put your account £100 in credit?

Cheers

It is placed as a credit on the bill, you can then phone up and request it back or leave it to pay the bills.
