I wrote weeks ago to LLoyds TSB using the letter formats on the MSE site. In one envelope I put two letters, one requesting comprehensive list of all default charges etc taken from my bank account. I have just received a list of charge backs from Lloyds TSB credit card. The charges only appear to go back as far as May 2006 even though I have had a credit card with them a good deal longer.

I had to walk all the way to the sorting office to get this as they neglected to put a stamp on their envelope - nice!
