Talking to people is easy....it is remembering their real names that is the problem!!! I still can't remember what Glam is called and I asked her!!!

We can all wear name stickers like at a kids party! :rotfl:
Too many children, too little time!!!
    :p

We'd all have to have 2 sticky labels... 1 with our chat names and 1 with our real ones :rotfl:

Hmm... Hubby was being all romantic until he discovered the new star trek on his (totally legal) download site... Now all of a sudden he feels a bit ill and needs to just lie on the sofa quietly...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • Brum is about 2 hrs for me (according to the oracle that is my OH). I've got a voucher for a mum and baby shoot in Birmingham so if you do arrange something I could combine both:money:

I'm a fan of holiday inn express cos hubby usually can gets some money off (and I like the free breakfast), so i'd probably book a hotel and maybe drag my OH along for a mini break. (I'm thinking a trip to Cadbury World!!).
Proud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j

Which reminds me, I didn't get to speak to you again Sami as I had to charge off but did you get chance to try with the stretchy wrap? And the one you tried on was my muchly covetted joey sling (I wear it often!)
I didn't, Chris spilt a river of juice and then demanded to have a clean nappy put on
What does the joey have(or not) that other mei tai's don't? (ie what should I look for when buying a mei tai?)

uurghh i'm shuddering at the thought... I really don't do fancy dress... let alone wear a dress! The only dress I have ever worn is my wedding dress and I most likely wear one ever again. (i'm too fat) I live in jeans!
My brother (who's best friends with the birthday girl) is going as a teenage mutant ninja turtle! The birthday girl is going as Jem (I loved that as a girl)
I bet you're not!! and a good costume can cover a multitude of sins! I dressed as a die once, I wore a massive cardboard box :D
    Who is Jem???

  • No reason to be scared!!! We are all lovely :D

In all seriousness, if we wanted to do it then I am closest to Birmingham (along with Krystal and Keeley but I am the only one with a car!) and I could look into organising a venue etc. You would need to tell me what kind of event you want but I spend a lot of time playing hardball with hotels etc in my job...I might be able to call in a favour or two.

Oooh, it's all coming together, how exciting! I'm happy to go with the flow about what kind of event.

Can we talk dates or am I getting far too excited far too quickly?

Oh, if you could do that, we might be able to get a nice room and cheap sleeping arrangements for a major multi booking :):)
