So he has quality time rather than spending it changing nappies. He's never been around babies before (he's the youngest of 7) so he lacks confidence with her. I'm hoping that as she gets more robust he will start to feel that he can do more with her and she isnt going to break.
mooki, don't worry you aren't alone. my hubby is brilliant with our little on in terms of making her talk and smile and laugh ... but i do all the other stuff.
but most importantly he loves her no less than i do.0 -

Although I could see Benjamin ending up in a heap at the bottom of his if we did this!!
No, simply due to them both never ending up in the same place where I left them in the cot!

its alright elle i didnt win either
mind you, i didnt enter lol
when OH comes through the door after work he has seth handed to him and i leave them to it! sometimes i'll have already fed him, sometimes not, if i havent he does it. he then does bath and bed routine while i do dinner
he also has him pretty much all day on his days off
but he has a 8 year old daughter so he is well practised, and was a lot better with seth than i was back in the early daysMummy to

no, i've decided to try and wing it on entitled to. the CAB wont be able to tell me a lot, cos OH's new job role is commission based and we wont know what he will be bringing in really until he has been doing it a couple of months. at least if it all goes wrong and i've done it myself then i only have myself to blameseems no point in wasting their time IYSWIM?
