are MFD and I the only ones that just 'chuck' baby at their OH and let them get on with it?

I threw my DH in at the deepend when we got home from the hospital. He was scared at 1st and asked a million and one questions but now you'd never know that he has no experience of babies (he's an only child and from a very small family). I just love the smile LO gives DH when he comes home from work and how DH instinctively takes LO from me so I can have a break.

Oh, I've got no experience with babies at all.. barely even held one before having Rhys  OH is Godfather to three other kids, plus another one with a Christening at the beginning of November, and always played a big part in his mates' LOs lives when they were dinky :o (maybe that just highlights the 11 year age gap between us!)

Have you raised the heads of their beds SB?

Although I could see Benjamin ending up in a heap at the bottom of his if we did this!!
