im hopefully spending an hour with a work mate tomorrow just generally at night i think alot ... i wish i could to tara think i need it .... at first i thought it was the hormones from the depo but i really dont think it is i try talking it out with philip as it generally helps me calm down but has its been constant for 3 weeks i cant recover before something else is happening ............. i wish i didnt over think things x
