Sounds like me SM, I can't stand to be friends with females really, every time you get close to them, !!!!!yness spreads like wildfire. I have one friend, more of an aquaintence who is female, but she's not like most women, likes going to church, isn't bothered about her appearence, is really down to earth so she isnt catty at all and i like that.0

I tend to stick to my one best friend here, and my friend from where I used to live. I shudder when I see the clicky groups in the playground but will happily chat to anyone.99% of the people I meet I don't trust at all. I prefer people who say it like it is! (immediatly thinking of Sami and Mrs T)

Yes
we live in inner London and pay £1300/month for a 3-bed flat with garden. It's a nice flat, but still...
Would love to buy, but not planning to move out of London for now and I'm just not saving enough while paying that rent to buy anywhere at all ok in London!
I wouldnt mind moving away from London, its not as if I ever go into central London unless its for a work thing anyway. I suppose i'd miss the tube, our nearest tube station is a 2 minute walk away but I wouldnt miss the traffic and general rudeness of people. Another reason why we arent buying just yet, our careers (solicitors) are transferable anywhere so we dont want to be tied to London just yet until we know what direction our careers are taking us.Proud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j0 -
mookie, you might be able to help. I was looking up info for elle on charging orders. When I did my CeMAP we did a section on all of them, and also get quite a few of them in work. As far as I am aware, a charging order cannot force the sale of a property, but they place a 2nd or 3rd charge on the house to claim funds if the house is sold or repossessed if there is any money left after 1st and or 2nd charges have been paid.
Now I can't find the form I thought I had, do you know if this is still the case ??The two best things I have done with my life

STOPTOBER CHALLANGE ... here we go !!0 -
I'm afraid I couldn't even cope with living in a town, I like going outside and seeing fields, I love being able to walk to the beach. I walk to school and even people I don't know say morning and I am amazed at the help we got when I was pregnant and the cards and good wishes when Maddy was born. The schools are excellent and life is slower. Probably too slow for some!Too many children, too little time!!!0

I cant stand two facedness which is one of the reasons i'm very choosy about who my friends are. I'm one of those people that others go to in a crisis and I'm a bit of a peace maker. I have a small group of friends, mainly people I have met through my profession and it takes me a while to trust people. I still find alot of people my age (28) are really immature so I tend to avoid them. Whilst I like a good gossip as much as the next person I dont like to spend all day talking about other people, celebrities, the latest fashions, the latest boyfriend disasters. I suppose i've been with hubby so long that often I feel I dont need anybody else (and of course, now I have you lovely lot too)Proud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j0
