Problem with SKY

Hi there, bear with me this is my first post.
I'm having some problems getting a sky card and was hoping for some advice. Our sky card went missing after a party in July so on the 4th August I telephoned sky, they said it would be £10 for a new one (fair enough) and would post it to me. It didnt turn up so a few weeks later I rang again they said they were sorry, could see my original request but it didnt get posted they would post another. That one didnt arrive etiher, then after another call they sent a card...which doesnt work. So they promised last week to send a card by recorded delivery, I waited in Saturday as per their instructions...it didnt turn up. Rang them monday they said...wait for it 'very sorry but it hasnt been sent' they are now sending another one recorded delivery and I'm expected to wait in all day yesterday and today.
Ive tried to cancel but since I've only been with them since May that would cost me a fair bit. I've explained to them Im paying for a service Im not getting so they are refunding 1 months costs.
Any advice please cos I wont be at all surprised if the card doesnt turn up today either.

Cancel the direct debit.
They will walk a card to your door when they aint getting any dough.0 -
That's not good advice. If you miss a payment they will require two months payment in advance thereafter.0
