Heating control unit instructions ?

Hi all,

Just moved into a new flat which has a maxol gas boiler and lovely control unit as shown below.

Unfortunately there are no instructions and the lady who owns the flat doesnt have any either.

I can get the heating and hot water to come "on" but I'd rather the heating was timed and ideally the hot water "on demand" if possible, or just timed too.

Anyone have a unit similar or know where I can find instructions ?

Hot water 'on demand' is for combi boilers and the controller is for a conventional boiler with a Hot water tank. You should have a hot water tank in the flat?

I think you might find that the bottom section of that controller is a flap that folds down and exposes the controls to enable you to set the timings for Hot Water and Heating.

The instructions are often on the flap.
