OP - I hope you get it sorted but do take heart - for the ones who found the hotel unsatisfactory and chose to write so there will be several hundered who had a fantastic holiday and found the hotel either to be fine or fantastic - but as a nation we dont tend to compliment
(and don't have several bottles of Kopparberg first)

you wont be able to change much because depending on the company most travel companys will have a 100% canx charge.
