    All you can do is start an ebay claim for non receipt. It is going to cost you £15 of any refund they get for you. Also report the seller for having bad contact details via the ebay report system.

    If i was to do that through ebay though i would be at a loss the item only cost me £11 :( Will report them to ebay over the contact details though.

    That's irritating, in that case report the seller for everything and see if you can get them suspended. It won't get your money back but it might make you feel better.

    Also, and I will duck now as people will say I'm pushing paypal again, seriously think about only using paypal in future funded via a credit card, at least you stand some chance of getting your money back if someone tries to scam you.

    i dont have a credit card which is why i have never used paypal with it before though saying that i did apply for a card through 360 money which is a prepay maestro card would that work with paypal?
