Two months into a contract, unlikely unless you are one of those affected by roaming charges - in which case you would have had a text from t-mobile about that.
Thats the only ruse that people have used in the last couple of months with t-mobile changing roaming charges.
You could sell the mobile and cut your costs as an option - if its a decent mobile.0 -

Well try the roaming charge plea - not sure if its still valid claim - say it affects you although they will know already if it does or does not - if you have not been abroad they will know it does not affect you.
You are then stuck in the contract to be honest. Default on payments and you risk a bad credit history and debit collectors.
What are these charges that t-mobile make that irk you so?0 -

Charging me to changing my tariff for example? charging me for not have a direct aka deadly debit!...
Thats the problem i have just paid debt collectors off for another thing and im worried that they will slap on alot of money for buying the debt..
I mean i could try the abroad thing but what shall i say??0 -
Sounds fair enough to me. Hang on you mean to say that t-mobile have already pulled you out of the water by buying you out of some previous debit?
Arent you being pretty ungrateful?0 -

Without being rude, I have no sympathy for you (but you dont want my sympathy).
But for what its worth read this http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1706673&highlight=mobile+cancel
and see if you can find anything.0 -
Well Thanks... You sound as sympathetic as t mobile are with me at the moment..0

Not being funny but you were happy to take a new phone of T-Mobile a couple of months ago, now the newness has worn of you want out. How would you feel if you gave someone a expensive phone and said pay me for the next 18 months and after two they said they did not want to any more. T-Mobile have been fair in letting you drop your price plan down to £15.00 pm. From reading your posts it seems like you have a issue with managing money at the moment. instead of trying to find a way out of the contract why not see if you can earn a little bit of money some ware.0
