samsung G600 factory restore help

I nee help wiht my samsung G600 I need to factory restore the dam thing. Its on o2 pay as you go and o2 have stopped me using the speed dial which is a godsend for me. Anyway I found a way to bypass this but I messed up big time and deleted the o2 stuff that I needed for the speed dial. So i need to get them all back. Help and i guess this post is a bit all over the place but i am not too good with mobles. any help would be gratefully accepted thanks
