1. Open to residents of all EU/EEA Member States aged 18 and over except employees of the promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
2. For enduser participants, only one entry per household will be accepted. You will be asked to provide your home address so that the promoter can verify that no one in your household has already entered the promotion.
3. Only entries providing valid postal addresses will be entered into the prize draw.
4. A total of 10 prizes are available. The promotion closing date is 11:59pm on 30th September 2009.
5. The following prizes can be won:
   10 HP SimpleSave Portable 500 GB hard drives
6. No purchase necessary.
7. To enter, visit http://www.winwd.com/simplesave/en and complete and submit the on-line entry form. All valid entries received prior to the closing date will be entered in the prize draw.
8. The prize draw will take place on Monday 09th October 2009. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the draw and will receive their prize by post within 6 weeks of the promotion closing date. Legal remedies are excluded.
9. Depending on the existing legislation of the country in question, the value of the prize might have to be declared as income from operations or as a wage payment by a third party, for which the employer is required to withhold the tax from the individual’s salary and remit it to the tax authorities. Wherever this taxation would be deducted from an individual’s personal income, Western Digital will NOT cover the amount of this personal tax.
10. The prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
11. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
12. The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
13. The promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
14. The promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion. Proof of submitting an on-line entry is not proof of receipt of that entry by the Promoter.

Bunnyman is welcome to the forum.I hope he has a winning time on here and becomes a great contributor.

Quite a few of Bunnymans posts today do seem to been of the bumping by small comment nature,which they may not have realised changed the order of the comp board.
