Rummy, I read olliesgirl's post as a joke with heavy amounts of sarcasm. I have to admit I even laughed at it. I don't think she was *really* trying to be offensive. At least, I hope she wasn't.

I was having the same problem, but I found out that unless you visit the forum after each alert they dont send any more. Although I was visiting it, I wasnt logged in. Now after each email alert I make sure I am logged in and visit the page that way I always get the emails.0 -
Cineworld free ticket or 2for1 multi-use card
Offer on Oxford notebooks
Get either one free Cineworld cinema ticket or a 2for1 independent cinema card (valid for three months) when you buy a special Oxford notebook. The promotional notebooks start from £1.50 and can be found in Tesco, WHSmith, Rymans, Staples and other office suppliers, subject to availability.
Cineworld adult tickets are £6-8 depending on location, so this is a good saving. To claim the freebie, find the code in the promotional wrap on the notebooks (with a Sherlock Holmes movie pic on the front), fill in the form and send it off with a stamped addressed envelope.
The free Cineworld ticket's valid for any film on any day, whilst the 2for1 multi-use independent cinema card is valid Mon-Thurs for selected screenings (if you opt for the free ticket it's only valid for one film).
The promotional notepads will be available in shops until 31 March. The free cinema ticket's valid until the end of 2010. The 2for1 multi-use card is valid until 30 June '10, and can be used as many times as you want during its validity.
The 2for1 card's valid in selected independent cinemas only; this list is subject to change so it’s also worth calling them and double checking. Find your nearest Cineworld.

Vue 95p tickets for kids and adults

This is a great deal that gets kids 95p tickets to selected morning screenings, and it's on again throughout February half term. Adults can also get 95p tickets as long as they’re accompanied by at least one child. Adult tickets start from £6.10 and child tickets start at £4.30, so you'll save at least £3.35 per ticket with this offer.
This Kids am offer’s on every weekend, as well as weekdays during school holidays. Though you can buy on the day, this is likely to be popular so it may be worth booking in advance. There’s a 60p online booking fee (90p for phone bookings), though there's no fees if you buy at the box office.

Cineworld £1 tickets on Sat mornings
Book online or buy at box office
These £1 tickets are available for selected Saturday morning screenings. Adults and kids can both get in for £1 per head, though adults have to be with a child in order to get the offer. To find £1 tickets, visit the Movies for Juniors offer page, then choose your film and cinema.
Though you can buy £1 tickets at the box office on the day, you may want to book as these tickets can go quickly. As it's only for selected screenings in selected cinemas, check your local Cineworld's participating before you go. Kids tickets are valid for 14s and under.
The deal: £1 cinema tickets. Valid: Sat mornings. How: Book online / buy tickets from box office. Expires: Ongoing. Excludes: Sundays only in Union Square, Aberdeen. Offer from: Cineworld. Use Tesco Clubcard Rewards tokens
If you’ve got a Tesco Clubcard, you can now use your Clubcard points to buy Cineworld tickets. Just go to the Tesco rewards website to exchange £3 worth of rewards points for one Cineworld adult token, or £2 worth of points for a child token. Your tokens will be send to you within five working days. Take it to the box office in your nearest Cineworld to exchange them for the ticket.
