My brochures have arrived - and inc one Odeon Ticket.
Many thanks for the heads up on this offer. I was planning a trip to the cinema with ds to see Avatar, so this will make it a very cheap night out.
Thanks again:T0 -
Go to www.directholidays.co.uk/brochures and quote 'ANGELINA' to receive free brochure and free cinema ticket. You'll be sent ticket for whichever cinema is nearest to your postcode. I got mine. Good luck folks!:T
We already know about the Direct Holiday ticket offer as we have been discussing it for a few days now. However, I don't think they are giving people tickets to their nearest cinema as my friend has received a ticket for the Odeon which is a lot further from where he lives than the Cineworld. So we will exchange tickets.0 -
Following on from the Mamma Mia code I did a search and found the following info. The 2 paid for performances are being advertised an hour earlier. Seefilmfirst states 3.30pm and 7.30pm but it might be worth getting there early for the paid for performance times.

Calling All Dancing Queens to Join the Biggest Party in Town: Mega Screening of MAMMA MIA! The Movie
World's Biggest Ever Singalong. Cast of Mamma Mia! The Musical to give special pre show performance. Giant 100 ft screen.
On Sunday 24 January The O2 arena will host the biggest screening and singalong ever of the hit film, MAMMA MIA! A giant 100 ft screen will be specially built so an audience of 12,000 can see their favourite movie in all its glory. The audience will be dressed to impress in their MAMMA MIA! gear and also join thousands of others in belting out classic ABBA hits. To get them in the party mood the entire London cast of the hit stage show will be there to give a unique performance to the audience before the screening.
From West End smash to global Phenomenon, MAMMA MIA!, the stage show, has already been seen by over 40 million people in over 200 major cities across North America, Australia, Europe and Asia since opening over a decade ago in London. The three women who created the worldwide smash stage hit - global producer, Judy Craymer, writer Catherine Johnson and director Phyllida Lloyd - repeated their roles in bringing the joyful, musical story to the big screen.
The MAMMA MIA! movie has replicated the stage success and has grossed over £69.16 million at the UK box office and has been seen by over 4.6 million people in London. It also is the highest grossing film of all time at the UK and Irish box office.
David Campbell, Chief Executive and President of AEG Europe, owners and operators of The O2, commented: "The success of MAMMA MIA! the film in the UK is incomparable. It has successfully brought the infectious music of ABBA to an entirely new generation. My children are already tugging at my sleeve to make sure I get them tickets for what will be a brilliant and fun filled afternoon out."
Simon Hewlett, Managing Director of Universal Pictures International added: "Universal Pictures are delighted that The O2 will be staging these epic screenings of Mamma Mia! The Movie. Watching Mamma Mia! with a large audience is one of the most uplifting experiences you can imagine and an audience at The O2 is as big as it gets."
MAMMA MIA! will be shown twice at The O2 on 24 January with both an afternoon and evening viewing.
Tickets are available from www.theo2.co.uk or by calling 0844 856 0202.

The SFF ticket says that "seefilmfirst vouchers must be exchanged for allocated seating at Box Office 1 hour before performance start" so you'll have to be there earlier anyway.
On a side note, if I had paid tickets then later found out the bloke next to me has free ones, then I'd be well mad. Maybe it's worth coming in a bit late to avoid the mob0 -
hoping to catch someone on a good day...
anyone able to PM me an unused ticket ... or perhaps they will not even notice 2 "John Smiths" coming in at different times..
