Their Terms and Conditions state that you should receive confirmation email within 24 hours of applying for tickets.

I presume you have checked your spam folder?

If it isn't there the email might have been blocked by your email provider.

If all else fails, I suggest you email them.

Going back to the subject of ID - what can be used? Can I use a utility bill with my name and address on or does it have to be a photo ID. I haven't been asked in the past, but am seeing 2 films next week, and want to be prepared, just in case. Thanks in advance

I've won two tickets to see Dear John at Southside Shopping Centre in Wandsworth, on 12 April, recently and would like to offer them up to the first person who PMs me.

I already have tickets for this film, through seefilmfirst, so they are spares. The doors open at 6pm, film start 6:30pm.

NOTE: I can see nothing on the ticket that would indicate that they would ask for ID before entry and so you should have no problem getting in. Although, I can't be blamed if you don't!

Apologies if this is the wrong place to offer these tickets.
    Life's what you make it....

"I've got one, two, three, [STRIKE]four[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]five[/STRIKE]... senses working overtime..", XTC.

Life beyond voluntary work scares me, but what else is there?

I've used a debit card in the past. All they are normally interested in is the name of the ticket holder. I've only had to supply photo ID once in the past and that was asked for specifically. I've never been asked for ID for normal previews.
