Iphone 16gb

I am looking to get an Iphone 3Gs on contract, but when I speak to O2 they say they are out of stock and dont know when they'll get them back in...

However when I talk to carphone warehouse they say they are out of stock but should get them in soon (like within a week)...

Is there any difference in ordering from O2 or CPW?

    What I did was ring round all the O2 shops in my area till I found one who had it in stock and the asked them to hold it till I got there and picked it up.

    Go to the Apple shop and pick one up, they have an online stock checker which is available the night before. When I checked and got one they had all in stock. :beer:

    I rang o2 this morning at 10:10 and managed to order a 16gb white 3gs straight away. I've been trying for a couple of weeks and they've always said they were out of stock but this morning they had a delivery of some more. Might be worth trying again? HTH

    You are unlikely to get it next day, but atleast they've got handsets available. :)
