Asda - charging me for someone elses petrol - won't refund me

I assume the LPG & Petrol pumps are separate or were they combined?
Does the car you bought take both LPG and petrol, if both is it possible that at some stage and you were at a combined LPG/Petrol pump that the guy you bought the car from stuck in £5 worth of petrol while you went to pay?
If you are sure you did not buy any petrol then take it further, you have a receipt which shows the date & time, does the garage have cctv?0 -
You have a right to see the cctv, (they should have looked into the matter as someone else has not paid for their petrol) and would say that you will take the matter furthur as you have been ripped off i know it is only a fiver so you may not get far but think of it this way Asda have more than a fiver!!!!
