Price of Silver

China is encouraging all its people to buy silver before the price shoots up.

Gold is going to the moon, Silver beyond to Pluto.

In 1980 you could buy a house in the UK for a few bars of silver, its looking likely this time will come again.

LONDON, Sept 7 - Silver hit its highest level in over a year on Monday, holding on to strong gains made last week and tracking gold, which edged higher to hover just below the psychological $1,000 an ounce mark.

Spot silver hit a high of $16.34 an ounce at 1537 GMT, its firmest since August 2008, against $16.20 an ounce late in New York on Friday.

At around £10 an ounce, it's going to take a lot of bars to buy a house.

It would probably be cheaper to build a house using silver ingots.

£10 an ounce! Jeez, that's not far off the price of mint imperials in my local sweetshop.

Exactly you make my point well thank you.

Just how undervalued Silver is right now and they cant keep the price down forever, the manipulation is coming to an end soon.

I stand by what I said with house prices falling a lot more to where they should be and when Silver revalues to where it should be, I will be right.

They are the aliens that are slowly taking over the world by growing bodies in pods. Silver is used in the metamorphic process and so the aliens manipulate the price down because they're not made of money you know. Once they have replaced all the world leaders in pods they will no longer need to manipulate silver prices and so it will go back up.

    Damn those manipulative aliens!!

Who are THEY? David Dein and Martin Edwards, that's who.

THEY had Shergar kidnapped by the IRA (an Ars*nal supporters club front) as they heard that Tottenham had perfected the art of breeding a race horse with Glen Hoddle to produce a player with speed, poise, a great pass albeit with the tendancy to crp on the pitch now and again.

The financial repercussions led to the near-destruction of The Mighty Spurs. The team only survived as a result of Keith Burkinshaw landing a Heinz, Yankee and Trixie in successive weeks having given the betting slips to his kids to use for colouring in and accidentally handing the wrong ones over the counter at his local William Hills.

FACT. You will never see George W Bush and Charlie Nicholas in a room together. Coincidence?

FACT. Giggsy, Scholes and that bloke that looked good in the Carling Cup a few years back is nearly an anogram of Manchester United will Rule the World quite soon. Coincidence?

FACT. Alex Fergusson and Ars*** Wenger are members of the shadowy group the League Managers Association: http://www.leaguemanagers.co.uk Coincidence?

    Coincidence? I think NOT.

Could it be that silver is priced so low because . . . . well . . . ummmmm. . . . nobody wants it?

Why 'should it be' at a different level?

You really show yourself up what you said here.

    Now look at the price.

Does anyone think we will get another dip, or was that the last one.

I want to buy more before it goes over $20, but will it go down again before then?
