Bank log in niggle

I don't bank with them but I've certainly never come across anything like that with any site at all.

Quite a few people use a well-known search engine as their home page. Guess what happens when that search engine gets bogged down with requests? You start your browser, attempt to type something in the address bar and BAM! - half the URL ends up in the search box.

It's as others have said - you start typing before the page has finished loading.

If you wait until the page finishes loading and the flashing cursor appears in the username box it works ok.

If you start typing before the cursor appears you get what you describe.

Just clocked onto what's been written & done a little experiment. Me typing before page is loaded is correct.:T:T:T

Did it with me until I discovered I was typing faster than the computer was loading. Now I wait for the green bar at the bottom (sorry don't know the techie name for this) to load first!:D
