Nope it absolutely isnt - I always tried not to get pulled into my sisters problems when she was very ill because I didnt feel able to deal with it or the right person to advise her - we get on much better now for it!
Trust me its easier to do more harm than good in such situations - sometimes when people come back from the brink the want to speak to the one person who doesnt know all the ins and outs of what has happened - you can be that person for her - the one who makes her feel normal

Back from the DLA appeal. Unfortunately she didn't get it. They said there were no trick questions but then proceeded to try to trip her up with everything they asked.
It seems because she does try to get on with things herself, she is isn't entitled to any help!
