Right, I've hoovered,mopped,dusted,taken DS to Orthodontist, had new passport pics taken and read The Times. Time to get in the garden and top up the tan till piano lesson at 1430. Catch y'all later...Debt-free...and staying that way...0

Sally, do you have to volunteer in a school? I'm sure there are loads of other places that need volunteers just as much but don't get as many offers. Round here there's an art charity which runs kids classes, they're always crying out for volunteers, and there's plenty of other places. Just thought that might be more flexible and fit around your life better?
Toto, I've found the best way to lose weight is to follow the healthy eating plate, my health trainer told me about it, it makes sure you get the right proportions of food groups. If it worked for me it'll work for anyone! If you're interested, pm me your address and I'll send you some leaflets I've got.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
