The active ingredient in these tablets is Panex Ginseng.
While getting freebies isn't to be sniffed at don't be persuaded that these worth paying for. A reputabable company would be prepared to list the amounts of active ingredients.

been taking these for weeks and never felt sick dont know about the energy thing as ive moved house and was stressful but no side effects that im aware off

Do they say on the packet how much ginseng is provided and do they list the other ingredients?

I got these last week and took my first one today as a 'morning after' cure. DON'T feel sick and DO feel perkier than before I took it, so all in not a bad freebie. Going to order some more in the wifes name........any excuse to drink more :rotfl:

Saw exactly same pack in boots for £3.99 so was impressed at the freebie but like others I did feel sick after taking them! I thought it was just because I couldn't stand the taste. Will try again on full stomach, in less water and with fingers pinched over nose!

While most of these ingredients, apart from the aspartame I wouldn't question, the fact that the amounts of each active ingredient aren't mentioned doesn't fill me with confidence that it would be a value for money purchase. Obviously if it's a freebie value for money doesn't come into the equation.

I.ve recieved 4 packs of these so far ,they just wont stop coming.keep giving them to my daughters boyfriend who does a lot of football training,he says they are great!
