My multivitamin from Healthy Direct makes me feel sick too.... Was wondering if it was just me and vitamin tablets!

I got mine yesterday and tried it today. Within five minutes, I had thrown up over the sink and had then felt fine. Had felt fine all day up until then.

The directions say to take them in water and with a meal. Possibly try that?

    I love Activit G!

I definitely feel more energised, and my skin is so much clearer/less grey - whenever I remember to take them for a few days running!

Would advise not to take them on an empty stomach though. I love the taste, but every now and again (if I have them FIRST thing in the morning, b4 breakfast) they can make me feel a tiny bit queasy.

It does say clearly on the tube to be taken in water and WITH food.

Ah. I did add water but it was about half an hour before dinner, so it was on an empty stomach. Thanks for the advice!

I put mine in the plastic bottle of water because then you don't have to wash the cup up from the stain.

Still suprise the mods not change the refferal link in the first post.
