True, I just use plastic throw aways at work, my last cup at home needed such a soak to get it off!!.:mad:

i didnt know to use these in a glass of water, and was nearly sick too! they defiantely need to make this clearer on the packaging or documents.

I found they have a slight laxative effect, felt no energy, felt ill and felt no gain from them, a bit like caffine drinks used to do, more harm than good.

Ive received mine and havent tried them yet, am a bit worried about trying them now after all the tales of nausea...sent some to my parents house, hope they dont make them ill!!!! xxx Id better call them in the morning and ask if they felt ok after trying them.....Oh dear, Ive just made that sound as though they are my guinea pigs xxx
