Whiplash Claim - 'Accident Advice Helpline'??

  • I used Accident Advice Helpline recently after a car accident. My local solicitor wasn't able, or was unwilling, to take on my case. the difference with a big company like that is that they will cast about a network of solicitors until one or more bite and take up the case for you. I was personally very happy with the service I get from them. they get a bad rap but i had no problems with them.

Asking your insurer to find you a PI lawyer is the same principle...

    Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if AccidentAdviceHelpline are worth a go?

They have contacted me earlier today after i'd completed "How much could you claim" form.
My wife had a car accident (non fault) recently and they say they can help us with compensation.

We would have been claiming though our insurance company but will AAH be able to get more for us?

    Any opinions gratefully received.

    Thanks in advance

    Martin

I was injured due to a car accident and i was thinking on how to get my compensation. I came across them, they explained everything clearly and they were really helpful. And i got my compensation on the basis of 100% no win nofee :j

You would have done better cutting them out and googling for cashback injury solicitors.

There you would have found solicitors happy to pay you £100s in commission just for instructing them, as well as all your compensation!

(The solicitors can do this as it cuts out them having to pay for leads from accident management companies and insurers)

(But good of you to find this ancient thread and join MSE just to tell us!)
  • I used national-accident-helpline.org.uk, direct with solicitors. They arranged for physio treatment after my car accident, then when I was better I received some compensation.

Can anyone suggest how to deal with these persistent spammers?

Accident Advice Helpline and its agents, I mean, not the post above.

Yup, sounds just like the script to the advert.

If someone is nice to you but rude to the waiter, they are not a nice person.

In 2011, 2012 and 2014 3 newbie posters drag up an old thread to post positive reviews about "ambulance chasers" and are never heard from again!
